Air Purifier Filter

Double filter

Definition:
Using a layer of activated carbon, it additionally adsorbs odours and gases, like benzene or ozone. Besides the small solid particles, the gases, smaller by a factor of ten million, also penetrate as far as the deeper regions of the lung. The dangerous irritant gas ozone can cause reactions like headaches, coughing or streaming eyes. The activated-carbon layer in the double filter will break down up to 99 percent of the ozone.

Product Description:
* The media pack combines maximum efficiency with lowest pressure drop, and the media pack is available in assorted depth and size configurations, allowing for a variety of application requirements. The PTFE membrane pack is produced to assure precision in pleat spacing and height, thereby reducing “dead-spots” and promoting consistent and uniform air distribution throughout the filter. The pleat design allows the air to move throughout the entire depth of the filter, utilizing the full cleaning capability of the membrane.
* Compared with conventional fiberglass media, the PTFE media provides superior benefits including inert chemical properties, more uniform fiber distribution, smaller fiber diameters and pore size, which reduces resistance with higher filtration performance to achieve substantial energy savings.

 

Pre Filter

Structure Description:
* Disposable panel pre-filter has a simple yet firm structure. It comprises a double layer die-cut paperboard and a filter media. The paperboard is moisture proof and high temperature resistant. Each intersection point is tightly sealed to the filter media to strengthen the structure, to maintain the flatness of the filter media as well as to maintain the distance between each pleat.
* Disposable panel pre-filter media is a mixture of non-woven fabrics and synthetic fibers. It has a fluffy structure, high dust loading capacity and low pressure drop. Filter media is tightly sealed with a layer of expanded metal wire mesh. The distance between each pleat is specially engineered to allow air passage and to achieve high dust loading capacity. The expanded wire mesh is added to strengthen the filter media layer and to reduce the shaking of filter media during operation. This will aid in the prevention of secondary pollution.

Structure Description:
* Removable and firm frame design. The frame is made of fir aluminum alloy sheet with ABS plastic or aluminum alloy corner connectors to ensure its rigidness under harsh working environment. The outer frame is removable and recyclable.
* The media is hold by rib supports for rigidness and uniform pleat shape. This ensures low pressure drop and high dust loading capacity.
* Replaceable panel pre-filter is made of high quality polyester fiber which can be washed and reused for several times. It has a long service life as well as high dust loading efficiency and capacity.  It can be used to prolong the service life of secondary or tertiary filters.
* To fit clients’ requirement, Replaceable panel pre-filter comes with 1-inch thickness design (21, 23, 24mm), 2-inches thickness design (46mm) and 4-inches thickness design (96mm). The 1-inch design is used in the panel structure while the 2-inches and 4-inches designs are used in the pleated structure.

Structure Description:
 V-Bank Carbon Activated filters consist of filters elements in High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) cell sides for assembly in front or rear access standardized universal holding frames or side access track systems to fit standard dimension filter sections in air handling units. V-Bank Carbon Activated filter comes factory-ready for installation. No special tools are needed to install or replace the filter element. The individual V-Bank Carbon Activated filters seals and holds in the frame with the latching system or in the track with its header and the track-specific gasket system.
